Usually when I write about good glasses, a thick slice of it is around good design - functional, aesthetic, technical, combining infuences, whatever.What I like about Mercura NYC, from Rachel Cohen-Lunning and Merrilee Lichtenstein Cohen at the Hotel Chelsea, is that it goes beyond all that.
